CMBS loans often have a ceiling of 65 percent, but we can go beyond those limits through our portfolio of products.
Our conduit loans are non-recourse. Underwriting typically depends on the type of property, and we do require the properties to be B quality or higher. Repayment of the loan is made through the income generated by the property, which means the tenants must be stabilized. But when you consider the benefits of a CMBS loan, no personal guarantee and good terms, it can really add to your bottom line.
