Randall J. Lewis

Founder and President

is the founder of Exodus Commercial Capital and has served as its President & CEO since the company’s founding in 2013. He has over 25 years of Financial Services Experience with Fortune 50 companies such as GE Capital, Wells Fargo and Anthem. Randall has held various executive leadership roles in finance and operations. His roles have included Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Auditor, Managing Director of Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Financial Services, Senior Vice President of Operations, Manager of Finance for Residential Construction Lending. Analyst. Randall’s experience includes the closing of several financial services acquisitions for over $2 Billion which included equipment leasing, accounts receivable factoring, community banking, commercial real estate brokerage, retail brokerage companies and credit card portfolios. He also assisted in the closing of a $75 million debtor-in-possession finance facility for a national homebuilder. Randall has served as CEO for a start-up logistics firm that was sold to a Fortune 500 Company and he understands the challenges associated with growing a business and obtaining targeted capital solutions.

He obtained his B.S. degree in General Management/Accounting and MBA in Finance from Purdue University. Randall earned his CPA certification and completed GE’s highly renowned Financial Management Program. He also received Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management Business Leadership Award.

Michael Dinkins

Independent Business Advisor

Michael Dinkins, an executive with over 40 years of experience, has closed over twenty debt or equity financings as the Chief Financial Officer for public and privately-owned companies. He has a successful track record of guiding companies through Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity (IPO and Secondary) and Debt Financings.

Mr. Dinkins’ career began at General Electric where he served for 17 years in a variety of financial positions including five years at GE Capital. He received the GE “Black Achiever in Industry Award” and the GE Capital “Pinnacle Award”. Following his time at GE, Mr. Dinkins served as CFO for five different publically traded companies and retired as CFO of Integer Holdings, Inc., a medical device company, in March of 2017.

Mr. Dinkins currently serves on the Board of Directors of Community Health Services (NYSE:CYH), the National Council on Compensation (NCCI) and Taylor Electric Company, a privately owned electrical contracting business.

Mr. Dinkins obtained his B. S. degree in Finance from Michigan State University and subsequently earned his CPA and CMA certification. Mr. Dinkins graduated, with honors, from the highly renowned GE Financial Management Program and served as an instructor for five years.

In addition to being a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher, he has also served on the board of Feed the Children (Oklahoma City, OK); Boys & Girls Club of Collin County (Frisco, TX); and People of the Way Prison Ministries (Cleveland, OH).
